About the event
"SAWAA - Togetherness- iftar' 2026 is a community gathering rooted in food, storytelling, and togetherness.
Hosted by Kahanee and Sadaa-Echoes, this annual Iftar has grown from a shared meal into a meaningful space for connection, reflection, and peacebuilding. During Ramadan, fasting is a practice of gratitude and renewal. At sunset, Iftar becomes a moment to break fast, break barriers, and honour the stories and traditions that shape us.
Join us for a potluck Iftar- bring a dish, an open heart, and a story to share. Let’s gather as neighbours, friends, and community.
