Join Sadaa-Echoes and artist Alexandra Ross for an evening of storytelling, reflection, and collaborative art-making as we explore the theme of Stories of Loving Defiance.
Through clay, paper, creativity, and conversation, participants will be invited to share and reflect on stories of resistance, care, courage, and hope. Together, we will consider the quiet and often unseen acts of defiance that emerge through love, community, culture, memory, and everyday acts of care. These stories, though sometimes overlooked, shape our collective journeys and remind us of our capacity to challenge oppression, nurture belonging, and imagine more just futures. As part of the evening, participants will contribute to a collaborative artwork that weaves together our experiences, reflections, and stories, creating a collective expression of resilience, connection, and possibility.
